Will I receive my money back if I cancel? #
There are 2 types of cancellations in this case:
Cancellation by the provider #
Was the cancellation done by the provider? Then you will receive your payment back within 48 hours after cancellation.
Cancellation as a guest #
If you as a guest have canceled the reservation and have already made the payment, there is no right to a refund. When placing a reservation you have 24 hours to think about it before you actually make the payment.
