How do I deactivate or delete my account? #
We are always sorry if you want to leave us, but it is of course possible.
You can choose to deactivate your account. This means that your account will be inactive. If you want to use your account again in the future, we can make the account active again. Your data etc. will be stored in our system in this way.
Delete permanently #
If you want to permanently delete the account, you will not be able to activate it in the future. All your data will therefore be deleted from us.
Both with the deactivation and removal you can send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the request for deactivation or deletion. We will then adjust or delete your account within 24 hours.
Can Caribbean Fun deactivate my account? #
Caribbean Fun can limit, suspend or deactivate your account on its own initiative. Your account may be deactivated or suspended due to an issue reported to customer service. Safety and civility are important and are guaranteed in every possible way. If a report or complaint is received that involves your account, you can choose to limit, suspend or deactivate the account.
Every complaint or report is taken seriously, investigated and appropriate measures are taken where necessary.
In most cases, you will be notified of any action taken against your account, but there may be a situation where we take action without prior notice.
If your account is deactivated or suspended, outstanding or accepted reservations from you as a guest may be cancelled. You are not entitled to compensation for the reservations canceled as a result of your suspension. In that case, no refund will be made.
