How can I add a tour and/or activity? #
To add an item you need to log in to your account or a create an account. Then click on the 'Add' button at the top right of the menu bar.

After this you complete all the steps that are indicated. Finally, you check all your data and you can publish the item.
How does the reservation system work? #
After you have added a tour or activity and it has been approved, it will be live on the platform. Visitors to the platform can now book your tour or activity. You determine which dates are free to be reserved and of course the corresponding rates.

After a guest has made a reservation, you will immediately receive an email with the request to approve the reservation within 24 hours. Once approved, the guest will receive a confirmation and can make the required deposit within 24 hours of approval. For tours & activities, the deposit is 100% of the reservation.
When the deposit is received, the reservation is final. The guest will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information.

Price per guest or total price #

Add extra options and/or costs #
You can add extra options to the tours or activities. This includes optional pick-up and delivery service, food and drinks, etc. You can mark these extra options/costs as mandatory per reservation or optional.
What are the costs? #
Posting a tour or activity is completely free and you can offer up to 10 different tours or activities. Do you want to offer more tours or activities? Then choose the paid package where you can place a total of 20 tours and / or activities.
When you offer your tours or activities on the platform, guests must pay 100% online per reservation.
How do I arrange availability within a tour or activity? #
You can add so-called time slots to a tour or activity, so that you can offer tours on specific days, but also several times a day, for example. After the tour or activity is live, you can always adjust these time slots.
