Can I cancel due to an emergency? #
If you as a provider cancel an already paid reservation due to an emergency, we will deal with this further with the guest so that he or she can book elsewhere.
An emergency includes, among other things, a situation that presents an immediate risk to health, life, property, such as death or the burning of the accommodation.
If there is no emergency, the commission due for this reservation will be deducted from the next payment of another reservation.
